My photos won't load
Make sure you granted Loupe permission to access your photos when prompted. You can change this in Android Settings → Apps → Loupe → Permissions. Loupe only reads the photos you select — it never uploads them.
The app says it isn't licensed
Loupe checks once with Google Play to confirm your purchase. If you bought it and see this message, make sure you're signed in to the same Google account you purchased with, then reopen the app while online once. If it persists, email us.
How do I export my keepers?
After culling, open the filing plan and choose export/share. Loupe writes the plan to your device so you can move files on your computer — nothing is sent anywhere.
Will I lose my stats if I reinstall?
Your stats and streak are stored on your device. Uninstalling clears them, since Loupe keeps no copy on any server.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google. Visit Google Play's refund page within the eligible window.
